2. EBIKE CONVERSION KIT: Package contains 1*Electric bicycle battery, 1*Battery charger, 1*User manual, 2*keys, 1*Anderson connector (default). If you need other types of connectors (eg: XT60, XT90, and so on), feel free to contact us, we will send you one compatible with your controllers.

1. Can you provide a sample for the quality test?
Yes, we can provide free samples, but the shipping cost is at your expense.
2. What's your warranty for products?

3. About cells
All of our cells are grade A, we promise never to use grade A- or B.
4. About BMS
Our batteries are all with SEIKO, RICOH, MITSUMI, TI IC BMS, with stable performance.
5. About the charger
We choose a high-performance charger, which is better and safer to ensure the charge is safe and the circle life of the battery.
6. Nickel strap and stand
We use the qualified pure nickel strap to ensure the battery's safety and long circle life. For the high-power battery, we use an ABS stand.
7. Can you accept OEM and ODM services?
